 Medicare and Medicaid provides payment for medical services in a patient's home and/or location of residence.  

All visits will be billed to primary insurance provided as well as to any secondary or supplemental insurance policies.  Check our our current policies we are in-network with by clicking link below.

Supplemental Insurance Policies:   Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans also generally don't have networks. Medicare Supplement plans may cover some out of pocket costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, such as deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. We submit our visits to all primary insurance policies and then it is automatically submitted to any supplemental insurance policies provided.  Check out the link below to learn more about supplemental insurance policies and please contact the customer service number on the back of your supplemental policy if you have questions regarding in-network requirements for providers.

Urgent Care Services: In order to best support our patients with urgent care needs, we offer clinician availability on non-scheduled facility days for in-person medical care.  The $125 trip charge associated with our in-person urgent visit is not covered by Medicare and Medicaid and would be out of pocket.

In-Home Visits: We also provide medical care to patients that reside in their home.  We do require a $125 trip charge that is out of pocket with our in-person home visits that is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Laboratory & Imaging Services: We contract with 3rd party vendors (Quest Laboratories, Dispatch Imaging, National Mobile X-Ray ) that are in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial insurances to provide laboratory and imaging services on-site at no additional charge for mobile services and all services are billed to insurance policies provided.
