Home Care services in North Carolina
Home Patients
We provide in-home medical care to individual patients in their homes or locations of residence in the following counties in North Carolina:
Durham County
Wake County
Orange County
Alamance County
In order for us to provide this service, patient is responsible for a $125 service fee (not covered by insurance) for on-site clinician services. The medical visit conducted in the home is billed to patient's insurance.
